UPDATE - this is the message I received from Sonos Tech support regarding the issue. It seems that somehow the way that MusicBee playlist XML/text is describing the tracks that use these special characters is not readable, where the Windows Media player text is. The same for a song by the artist "Monáe" (note the "a").Īgain, the same song when added to an m3u playlist in Windows Media Player works fine through the Sonos app, but the MusicBee playlist does not work for that song. Most songs would play properly, but certain songs were "Not Found" by the Sonos App. I was having an issue where playlists that I make in MusicBee were for some reason not functioning properly when I try to play them through Sonos.
